These Terms of Sale govern purchases made through https://mspurlington.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our Products

Ms Purlington offers both ready-made ex display products and made-to-order handcrafted custom bags. Made-to-order products are individually created following your selected specifications, including style, size and colour.

Made-to-Order Products

Materials including yarn, lining and hardware are sourced or allocated specifically for your order once your purchase is confirmed. As production begins shortly after purchase, made-to-order products are exempt from standard cancellation and change-of-mind return rights in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.

By placing a made-to-order purchase, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Order Acceptance

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors or product availability issues.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been cleared.

Production & Processing Times

Orders are generally processed between 7-21 days. Production timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary during busy periods, launches or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or equivalent services. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local handling fees or related charges imposed by their country. Ms Purlington is not responsible for these charges. Failure to pay customs charges may result in delays, returns or disposal by local authorities or carriers.

Delivery Risk

We remain responsible for goods until delivered to the customer. Customers should inspect deliveries promptly upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

Refused Deliveries

If an international shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges or failure to cooperate with customs clearance procedures, any return shipping costs, duties or carrier fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Product Variations

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the characteristics of textile materials, slight variations may occur between pieces. Such variations do not constitute defects.
